Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING INFORMATION

We attempt to ship all in stock items within 24 to 48 hours. Most items ship from our warehouses in Boulder, CO., or Grand Rapids, MI. Specialty insect pheromone products may ship directly from our manufacturer in Vancouver, BC.  Most US and Canadian orders are shipped UPS, USPS or USPS Priority Mail. All liquids and many pesticides may only be shipped ground via UPS. You should receive your order within 5 to 7 business days from the date your order is shipped. Canadian orders must clear customs and may require 7 to 10 additional business days. For earlier delivery, we are happy to expedite your shipping for an additional charge. For overnight, two-day and three-day delivery, orders must be received by 11:00pm MST. Overnight deliveries received on Thursday after 11:00pm MST through Friday 11:00pm MST will arrive on the following Monday. Overnight delivery orders received on Friday after 11:00pm MST and over the weekend will arrive on the following Tuesday. During peak business times, ground orders my take up to 5 business days to process.

Unless otherwise noted, Forestry Distributing™ and ForestryDistributing.com ship all orders via US Postal Service. Please be aware, liquids including many pesticides will automatically ship UPS ground regardless of shipping option selected and shipping will be charged accordingly.

Fed-X delivery may be arranged by calling (303)747-6414 or (800)603-6271. Please note that transit time is calculated in business days and does not include weekends or holidays.

RISK OF LOSS

All items purchased from Forestry Distributing™ are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

INTERNATIONAL AND OVERSEAS SHIPPING

For overseas shipping please call 1 (303) 747-6414 to confirm your order and verify payment information. Unconfirmed orders will be canceled within 72 hours.

Please Note: The customer is responsible for paying all additional shipping, tariff and duty charges on international orders.

RETURNS

Returning items to Forestry Distributing and ForestryDistributing.com is easy. Returns must be initiated within 90 days after the item was shipped.

All product returns must be accompanied by a Returned Materials Authorization or "RMA". An RMA can be obtained by calling Forestry Distributing and ForestryDistributing.com at (303)747-6414 or (800)603-6271 or by emailing support@forestrydistributing.com. Opened bottles, pesticide containers, Verbenone, MCH and pheromone packaging cannot legally be shipped or returned. For defective products please contact us for instructions.

To qualify for a refund, all items must be returned unopened, and in their original condition at the time of sale, including the original packaging and all tags, labels, containers, documentation, etc intact. Do not mark or deface original manufacturer containers in any manner. We will not issue a return if packaging is opened or not in its original condition. Forestry Distributing reserves the right to liquidate the inventory and withhold credit. All costs related to return shipping must be paid by the customer.


Forestry Distributing will provide a full refund to you for returned items, less any shipping costs incurred to ship your order.

How to Return an Item:

  • An RMA can be obtained by calling Forestry Distributing or ForestryDistributing.com at (303)747-6414 or (800)603-6271 or by emailing support@forestrydistributing.com. to notify us that you would like to return a product. Please state the reason for the return and your order number. Most items that have not been opened can be returned. Exceptions will be made if the item is defective in some way.
  • Our customer support representatives will issue an "RMA" and give you information on how and where to return the product.
  • You will have to pay for the return shipping costs.  For your protection, we recommend that all returns be sent back by a traceable carrier (such as UPS or FedEx) and that the shipment be insured in case the package is lost. Once we receive and process your return we will give you a refund less any shipping costs on your order. Most refunds are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving your return. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your refund is processed.
